The Coalition of Arizona Appraisers AMC Bill SB 1351,  was passed and signed into law by the Governor, the law will go into effect on July 29, 2010. AMC's will now be regulated in the State of Arizona, go to the Arizona Board of Appraisal Web site for information.

Effective July 29, 2010, appraisers in the the State of Arizona CANNOT accept any assignments from an AMC that is not registered with the state as an AMC. See the memo from the State Board of Appraisal.

That means when we do an assignment for you, we let you know when we have scheduled the inspection appointment (usually on the same day we get the assignment). Our turn around times are an industry standard of 1-3 days after inspection for a typical SFR. Once the appraisal report is sent to you, if there should ever be any questions or items needing to be addressed from you, your processors or underwriters, most issues are resolved the same day with in hours if not minutes of our notification. No more being placed on the back burner to take care of your issues, that prevent your loan from being processed or funded.

Phoenix offers most Professional sports, including Arizona Cardinals (NFL), with the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ. The Phoenix Coyotes (NHL), Jobing.com Stadium also in Glendale. The Phoenix Suns (NBA), US Airways Stadium in Phoenix and the Phoenix Mercury (WNBA) - 2007 and 2009 WNBA Champions, both are near the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field formerly known as the BOB (Bank One Ballpark), to name a few.
