In case people didn't know, I do manufactured housing and I am FHA certified as well.

About 10% of all of my work comes from doing appraisals for maunfactured homes.

The reports are a bit more detailed than a standard single family home, that is why my office charges $400 for a conventional appraisal, or $450 for a FHA appraisal, plus many of the homes are on acreage. Unless the home is one more than 1 acre, the fee is the same.
